We find yet another area where the government has taken funds from one area to hide spending in others.  It is time to do away with the tax code, go to a siimple flat tax or just a sales tax.  We need to downsize the Federal Government so we can see the real accounting sheets and know what is going on in total before it is too late.  I fear we wil be very shocked.  We need to stop quibling amongst ourselves and check out those Politicians in Washington thoroughly.  The larger Washington grows the more they can hide and  we need to find out what else.
